Delphin BE Grand Resort

The food was so diverse: breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, diner and these themed parties with all types of food. But not just diverse, it tasted really good and fresh. The service was amazing, so friendly and kind!! The room was also pleasent and got cleaned every day. I will be coming back.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Amazing staff, facilities and restaurant. Overall a truly unbelievable experience!

I have food intolerances and Ayhan in customers relations was amazing! He ensured every day I was eating ok. The hotel stay was amazing, staff was exceptional, entertainment was constant and the icing on the cake was the one to one service Ayhan and the staff gave me. Thank you so much everyone at Be grand Delphin Antalya….you made my holiday one of the best I have had. See you all soon xx

Everything was very organised and we had a great holiday! The aquapark was good but for me and my family the lazy river was the best! The food was above average for turkey hotels. Good shows at night. I totally recomand this hotel! Only downside when we arrived they kept trying to upgrade our room, which we didn’t want, but finally everything was ok.

Great waterpark(maybe the best of Lars-Kundu), the children loved it, food was excellent, tons of sweets of all kind, very tasty and great looking, pools are enough for the full capacity and beach beds as well, a very pleasant detail were the waiters on roller skates very fast serving and plenty of them. There are several a la carte with various specific very nice looking and serving good food and wine. No comments aldo for drinks, everything was bottled, mostly international drinks and a long list of cocktails made with quality ingredients, beside you could order also outside the list, they would do it as you wish. Entertainment was also of quality during evening time, but during the day...I've seen much better...maybe also due to pandemy, general atmosphere between tourists was not vibrating. Overall we surely enjoyed the stay and wish to come back with more friends. I highly recommend this hotel as good quality and high standards.

Family of 3 - couple and child (2 years old) travelled from UK for 5 nights to this resort Lovely and grand resort on the beach in Antalya just 20 minutes from the airport. PICKUP The pickup was great and we were greeted at the airport which we arranged for in advance and they had a nice comfy vehicle with a baby car seat waiting for us. CHECK IN Normal experience and nothing great. Welcome drinks weren't offered to us but I saw on other days that they were offered to others checking in. Luggage was delivered to the room very quickly and we were showed around. They didn't explain all the routes to the swimming area though which we discovered by chance another day. POOLS There are about 6-8 pools of which the indoor, one outdoor and the kids pool are warm. The others are cold and nobody was using the cold pools in November! But nice views. Great facilities for children with lovely slides and water splashing fun! MEALS Breakfast is always in the main restaurant buffet with plenty of options. Vegetarian options aren't changed from day to day. Very large selection. Fresh orange juice is only available at breakfast so make the most of that. Lunch is at the main restaurant but they have snacks dotted around the resort and a snack Restaurant which has a few decent options as well. Dinner could be in the main restaurant or you could book an A la carte restaurant with plenty of different cuisines to pick from. You have to queue up at 9am to book at table at the kiosk however which was annoying but fair I suppose. Vegetarian options at dinner were fewer and we didn't always enjoy the food. Sometimes there were meat options in the vegetarian buffet section! DRINKS You can get a drink very easily in this resort. Almost anywhere. Hot drinks, cold drinks, coffee or alcohol. The drinks are local I think as the taste wasn't as good as the ones I am used to in the UK. We drank plenty of water and Turkish tea which is very tasty. STAFF Most staff are helpful however this was my biggest bone to pick with the hotel. Cleaners were probably the best and cared the most. Management cared the least. They seem to only want to care about their own department. They will defer your query to someone else and expect you to walk to them rather than assisting like any other 5* by calling them to you or actually trying to help resolve the issue. After two days of that b***s*** I got in contact with Guest Relations who did help a bit but only helped to some extent. Salman and Cumali were best at helping out. Speak to them if you have any issues. TOWEL STAND If you want a towel then there is only one stand in a very large resort. They need to add at least 3-4 others around the resort. Why they don't have one in the indoor pool area and another by the kids pool I have no idea! All the staff seem to agree but management doesn't want to know about this. KIDS CLUB This was just fantastic and along with all kinds activities such as the Luna park 2-4pm and Mini disco 8pm. Overall a 5* resort but 3-4* service. If the service improves then definitely a fantastic 5*. We had a great time overall. If management contact me I would like to speak to them to discuss smaller gripes and I would like to see if they would offer a token of appreciation for the feedback provided to the guest relations and online but I am not expecting them to reply.

Overall the hotel was okay, the food was great. Evening animations aren't their strongest side, the beach is clean and the receptionists are especially nice and helpful. However the MOST IMPORTANT PART: After a day of sunbathing my mother went to welless & spa in the hotel. Definitely the worst part of the trip. The masseuse used warming ointment not warning me before. She applied it on her skin and the pain was so big my mother started crying after a minute. The pain was impossible to get rid of and she had to suffer for a few hours. The wellness personel was incredibly unprofessional and left us alone to fix their mistake. More than this they didn't feel responsible for it in any way. This is my warning for every guest DON'T USE THEIR WELLNESS & SPA - it is dangerous and should anything go wrong, you won't get any help from the personel.

Amazing Hotel and amazing staff. The Hotel is very well equipped it has everything you can think of, eg swimming pool, gym, water park, cinema, funfair, Tennis Courts, A La Carte restaurants etc I stayed for 1 week and did not want to leave. I will deffo be going back again in future. It is beautiful both inside and out and I would say the best Hotel I have been to in Antalya. I rate it 4.5 stars only because the food was not the best I have had (compared to places like Dubai) They have a typical self service Hotel Buffet for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner and 5 or 6 A La Carte Restaurants which you have to book in advance. I recommend the Chinese it was by far my favourite. Only other slight negative is not many of the staff can speak English and got little things wrong a few times because of this but otherwise they look after the guests very well eg will always offer you a drink if you are seated in the lobby for instance. Every single one of them that I met was always very friendly hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the mini bar was free to use but they charge for room service if you order food unless its after midnight. The mini bar was filled at least 3 times a day, rooms always kept spanking clean. The room has a decent sized bathroom and shower too. Plenty of storage for clothes etc and safe as you would expect in a place like this. My only complaint is the walls between the rooms must be very thin as I could hear the children next door constantly crying and parents arguing late at night as if they were right outside my door. This was towards the end of my trip so I bit my tongue and did not complain about it as young Kids are kids but it can get very annoying if you want to sleep. Overall Highly recommended hotel. Go there relax and have a great time ??
