★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to leave bad reviews, but I had to for this. I have since been to another professional hairdresser to get my hair fixed and she confirmed that my hair had snapped by putting bleach where it was not necessary and my hair was yellow from the bleach not being left on long enough on the root.
I also had bleach stains on my clothes and the cost was overpriced. When I complained that my hair was yellow I was told to put purple shampoo on it for a week - this drys out the hair more and left me with yellow hair without offering to fix it.
Anyone else considering this place based on the five start reviews (like I did) please reconsider.
