The food is generally bad, you have to try to spoil the chicken and it turned out for them, the fish was fried without tasty but the salt was okay, the fruit is watermelon, melon, tangerines, 2 pieces per person, the guards are watching directly. And now we will start the service with the reception, out of all they can 4 they at least somehow tried to solve the problems of this hotel and it was filled with 800 people, but this is not possible without a good repair, poor things, how much they listened to, cleaning was also cleaned for 4, it is not always normal ... Animation for adults is so-so, but at least different, welcome speech and music are the same, if you are more than 7 days, then in the second round, but for children it is generally the same trash because of the day after day, I have a question Daria, don't you feel sick of her yourself? The same movements of the word, it's a badger day ... The room is like a punishment cell 2 × 3 in size, Dasha, who is tired of children and does not know what to do so that they do not come ... now about the look from the side of a non-drinking person, you can see how you hate people and you can't even hide it, I'm talking about people working at the bar, security, the director, he's always angry and not happy, and the animators. Awful hotel to be honest. It's already quite dirty in the lobby, and the rooms are cleaned just disgusting: once they walked with a mop in the center (even the chair could not be moved from under the table), but they wrapped bows of towels (which, in my opinion, do not change at all), it is scary to wash in the bath (all slimy and dirty), and sit on the toilet (all yellow). And the case when the maids themselves hung a sign on the door, allegedly we asked not to clean up and, accordingly, did not clean up, he killed me altogether ... The staff is good, everyone speaks more or less Russian, decent bars, good territory and a beach. The animation is also good, if it did not last until 1 am local time. For me, as a person with a +4 hour belt relative to Alanya, it was generally awful. The rooms are quite cold, and the walls are just perfectly bugged - it is quite possible that in the morning you will wake up not from the singing of birds, but from the snoring of your neighbor ... The food is tolerable, but there can be no question of any variety. The hotel is clearly not four stars, even by three it pulls well with a VERY big stretch. If you have other options, choose them.
