Мы уточнили сколько по времени мы проведем в самой пещере, это было важно, а остальное (Димчай и т.п.) было для нас побочным продуктом. Во время экскурсии выяснилось, что в пещеру больше не ездят. Мы позвонили Осману с вопросом-что делать и как теперь до туда добраться. В ответ услышали ругань и возмущение, что он не врун, а мы все неверно истолковали, да еще и трубку бросил. Горячий темперамент мы понимаем, но эта реакция была схоже женской истерике.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Будьте крайне осторожны проходя мимо этого места. Владелец имеет привычку выскакивать как чёрт из табакерки и впаривать свои экскурсии. На вежливое "нет, спасибо" - возмущается, машет руками, повышает голос, ведёт себя крайне агрессивно и нагло. Для меня, как для европейца, подобное обращение с клиентами - это дикость и ужас.
Уважаемый Осман, если вы вдруг прочитаете данный отзыв, позвольте дать вам, и вашим коллегам по бизнесу несколько советов:
1. Чем наглее вы будете предлагать свои услуги, тем меньше вероятность, что ими захотят воспользоваться.
2. К незнакомым людям надо обращаться на "вы", а не на "ты".
3. Человека, которого впервые видишь, нельзя называть "брат". Это просто глупо и неуместно.
4. Вежливость покоряет города. Пользуйтесь чаще.

For me, as for a European, such treatment of clients is savagery and horror.
Dear Osman, if you suddenly read this review, let me give you and your business colleagues a few tips:
1. The more insolent you will offer your services, the less likely they will want to use them.
2. Strangers should be addressed as "you", not "you".
3. The person you see for the first time cannot be called "brother." It's just silly and inappropriate.
4. Politeness conquers cities. Use it more often.
