İlk kez gittiğimde rezervasyon için cafe müdürünün numarasını istedim direk verdi masamızı rezerve etti ve bize haber verdi, doğum günü sürprizimiz için üst düzey özen gösterdi.

When I went for the first time, I asked for the number of the cafe manager for reservation, he gave us directly, reserved our table and informed us, he took great care for our birthday surprise.
You should definitely go, you can definitely spend time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We expected a nice time with our family instead we ended up in a unpleasant rush. Our service was nice at the beginning a women came over and took our order. We ordered a cappuccino, mocha and another drink. As we got our order (which was 20-25 minutes) we took a sip out of our drinks. Cappuccino was nice so as mocha, except mine I did not like it.
We told the service to switch it up to a cup of tea. The lady was surprised and took my drink, when the tea came our cheesecakes came as well ,expect for the honey cake. We told her that we are in a hurry and she said:”It will arrive shortly.” So we waited and when we were done eating we told the lady we do not want the honey cake.
I think she did not understand it so she brought it anyway. As soon we told her we don’t want it she looked at us with an unpleasant look and took it away. As she did that she whispered something and left. Then we got up paid for our meal, thank god that they took out that drink and the honey cake and left in a rush
We had lived in Turkey for a long time and this never happened to us.
