Babil Bungalow Boutique Hotel

İş seyehatim için gittiğim ve tesadüfen rast geldiğim bir mekân ama mükemmel bir yer doğası hayvan dostlara kapılarını açmışlar etrafta geziniyorlardı bunun için bile onlara teşekkür ediyorum kar tatili oldu bana güler yüzlü sahibi ve çalışanlarıyla muhteşem bir yer kesinlikle yine gideceğim kahvaltısı süper herşey için çok ama çok teşekkür ederim ozelliklede Fatih beye çok yardımcı oldunuz tekrar görüşmek üzere en kısa zamanda ???

Çalışanlar yardım sever. Eski tip bungalovlar cok soguk. Klimayla ısıtma yeterli değil. Ayrıca klima odayı kurutuyor. Sabaha dayak yemiş gibi uyandık. Kahvaltı zengin değil ama az da değil orta kalitede.

Buraya sabahı ayrı, gecesi ayrı güzel bir mekan bırakıyorum.. Sadece onunla kalmayacak tabi. Çalışan arkadaşların mesajlara anında dönmesi ne kadar ilgili olduklarını gösterir yardımları için ekstra teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Kahvaltı ile alakalı çok yorum okudum ama gayet yeterliydi. Mutfak olması ve mutfakta tabak bardak kesme tahtası 2li ocak olması muhteşemdi (dışarıdan herşeyi alıp yapıp yiyebilirsiniz) Herşey tertemiz, Herşey sorunsuzdu bir çok yer arasında kaldık ama temizlik, dekor, sessizlik, ilgi alaka olarak burayı önerdiler ve iyi ki gelmişiz. Amazing place we enjoyed our time here for two days in last year 9/2021

I regret to say that this experience ruined the entire holiday for our family. They changed our room twice in a day and when we came back they moved our luggages back again without even telling us. They went into our rooms, touched all our items and put them into our suitcases and moved without us being present. They said construction work and you must move within one hour. And suddenly construction canceled and they moved us back again. For sure a Turkish guest had arrived and they gave us the room to the locals as they would always do. They threatened us that if we complain they will berry us and said “do whatever the … you want to do to my wife and kids”. These people are dangerous, you feel unsafe, they are rude and never ever book with these people. I nearly got the embassy involved as we felt they may be coming to attack us over night. There may be a lot of bungalows in that city, plz plz try and keep away from those men. We asked for a night refund to move @ 9 pm and they said “we don’t give your money back, either leave or do what we tell you”. Never go back to Turkey again as my family was shivering all night.

The hotel location is fantastic. It fairly clean and there is enough facilities to live by for couple of days. Don’t expect any kind of service from the staff, owner or reception people. Very poor customer service, very rude attitude towards guests, they don’t help whenever you need something, only one person speaks a little bit of English. This is not a hotel it’s a one man show, you do not get hotel services, no restaurant or lobby just room and very basic breakfast. It’s a shame as rooms are nice and location is fantastic they need a new management who can run it as a hotel with trained customer service staff. It took them 3 days to send one toilet roll to the bungalow!

One of the worst experiences in my life. My family and I, travel a lot and been to a number of hotels but this one just ruined it for us. The place was made cheaply and the bed was ok however the bedding sheets were old and kind of dirty as well as the towels. The customer service simply does not exist and the owner and the receptionists as soon as your money is clear, they simply do not care about you. If you raise a complaint, they start shouting at you and say if you do not like it here you can just leave. He told me, you are a foreigner here and you just came to my country and you are also complaining? It was a horror show and my family and I felt super unsafe. Please, Please be stay from this hotel for your own safety. The hotel just ruined me trip to Sapanca.
