We went to Şile to have a nice breakfast we left the place of a very valuable Ayşe Aunt with frustration. Someone who has not eaten a spreader should definitely not eat here for the first time. The cheese quality (no ripe cheese at all) and the jams were mediocre. There are only tomatoes and cucumbers on behalf of greens. We wanted to mangling a little amount of cheese and served a mixture of juicy flour. When we ask why this is not the way this meal is normally, the woman there said that Ayşe Teyze wasn't there, that she was looking at it and that she was nailing four times in her life. I wondered if it was village bread, but then when I saw mold, I informed the employee of the situation. They said sorry and heated the same bread and brought it. When I asked if there was any other bread, they said it wasn't. Very sad for a business that says it's a breakfast place. Other than that, we asked for cottage cheese. We couldn't eat a strange cheese. As a courtesy, as a tradesman, he says, "We brought you moldy bread, let's offer you a coffee or something, even if it was a small apology." I don't accept it, but I would like it if there was an offer. In summary, unfortunately, zero tradesmanship in service. I apologize in advance for the bad comment, but unfortunately they are true.

First of all, the environment is very nice. We first went in September and then in December and we liked the garden very much. You have breakfast under the trees. Breakfast for 3 people + 4 eggs with sausage cost 150 TL. Service speed was reasonable when we first went. But because of the small crowd we went in December, everything came extremely slowly. Especially the teas were prepared and brought after the breakfast was over. (Comes with a samovar.) The taste of breakfast is good.

Very warm people. I also loved their recipes. Everything they put on the table was delicious. It was 60 TL per person. I'm definitely considering going again.
