Friendly and caring staff, the rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast was good and the price was affordable, we were very satisfied, definitely if you are going to Chile, I recommend you to stay here, thank you for everything ??

I don't know how such a kind and caring staff came together with such a bad manager. I stayed before in 2006, it was amazing. Now it goes back 150 years. It's a decent hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. There were dead flies on the ceiling. We couldn't sleep all night dealing with flies. While the check-out process was being done, the reception said that if you had told me, we would have given you a small apparatus, it kills flies. Only this cadre can be crossed with the customer. We paid 400 TL for 1 night, don't go, don't go, don't go, they don't deserve it.

Everything was very nice, it is a clean and wonderful hotel, the rooms are disinfected against the virus and there is a very friendly family atmosphere.

We stayed as 2 people on 29 October 2021. They did not tell at first, but they included mosquitoes in the room as an additional package. You already feel sleepy from counting dead mosquitoes on the ceiling. There were 30 when we counted. When you turn off the light, mosquitoes are hanging over you, I couldn't sleep at night. I can't count how many we crushed last night. It is a shame that no precautions are taken as a hotel. Let's come to the hotel and the room… there is a telephone line not connected. I came after a walk in the evening and thought I'd take a shower, but there's no hot water. (!) I called my friend and told him to call the reception and he said there is no phone line. Anyway, we opened it, but why the boiler room does not open?? There is no carpet on the floor, the floors are dirty, the toilet sink was a little bigger than my phone, I said I should wash my face in the morning, half of the water flowed to the floor. For example, if there was a tea and coffee setup, he was not there, they put a glass of water. Anyway, they have humanity :) I don't recommend at all. If you say that I will sleep in the sheep with mosquitoes at night, there is no problem, if you say that I will stay bloody, I would definitely say go :) Definition: NEVER GO. It's not a place worth $400.
