★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16 şubatta ürün aldım ve iade işlemi yapıldı. Görevliler iade işlemini bile yapamadı yarım saat bekledik. Sonrasında genel merkezden iade yapılacak ve 1 ay sürer iade yapılması da karta dediler. Kasiyerlerin çelişkili cevaplarına güvenmediğim için ilk günden beridir muhtelif zamanlarda müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum. Onlarda her seferinde farklı sürelerde hesabıma yansıyacağını söylüyor. Mağazayı arıyorum telefonu açarlarsa, biz 17 şubatta iade yapmışız diyor. İlginç ve birbirinden haberi olmayan, adına yakışmayan bir kuruluş! Dün itibariyle de Tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvuru yaptım. İade konusunda bu kadar kötü bir firma görmedim!!!
I bought the product on February 16 and the refund has been processed. The officials couldn't even make the return process, we waited for half an hour. Afterwards, they said that a refund will be made from the headquarters and it will take 1 month to make a refund to the card. Since the first day, I have been calling customer service at various times since I do not trust the contradictory answers of the cashiers. They also say that it will be reflected in my account at different times each time. I call the store, if they pick up the phone, they say we made a refund on February 17. An interesting and ignorant organization that does not suit its name! As of yesterday, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I have never seen such a bad company about returns!!!
