★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben sizin yıllardır müşterinizim aldığım onca üründen hiç birisi ile ilgili size ürün iade si yapmamış bir müşterinizim aldığım 2 adet pantolonun 1 tanesi ni iade ye göndermiş iken onda da sıkıntımı çözmediniz oraya da SÖZDE müşteri ilişkileri yöneticisi olarak ismi Arda olan birini koymuş sunuz ama müşterinin halinden anlaya bilen bir potansiyeli olmayan birisi kendisi sizden memnun olan bunca alışveriş yapan bir müşterinizin bir sıkıntısını çözemiyor sanız MODA DI CENTONE firması olarak oturup bir düşünün sizce bir pantolon için bir müşterinizi kırdığınıza değermi. ( NOT: ismi Arda olan çalışanınız kendisinin firmanın en yetkili kişisi olduğunu söyleyerek benim şikayetimi aktara bileceğim daha üst bir yönetici olmadığını söyleyerek şikâyetimi dile getirmemi engellediği için buradan duyurmak zorunda kaldım.)
 I have been a customer who has not returned a product for any of the products I bought for years, and one of my customers who have sent 1 of the 2 trousers I bought for a return has not solved the problem in that. If someone who does not have a potential to know can not solve the problem of a customer who is satisfied with you so much, as MODA DI CENTONE, sit down and think, do you think it is worth it to hurt a customer for a pair of trousers. (NOTE: I had to announce it here because your employee, whose name is Arda, prevented me from expressing my complaint by saying that he is the most authorized person of the company and that there is no higher manager that I can convey my complaint.)
