★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site cok buyuk ve hane sayisi cok fazla. Deniz goren evlerin manzarasi gercekten guzel. Enteresan bir sekilde dogru duzgun is yapan bir yonetimi yok. Siteyi guzellestirip cok daha yasanir bir hale getirseler tum evlerin fiyati 2ye katlar. Ancak nedense az sayida kisi evini, verandasini duzeltmis. Site yollari vs tekrar yapilip peyzaj calismasi yapilmali. Kac seneye duzelir bilemem ama birgun gercek bir site oldugunda fiyatlari ucar gider. Uygun fiyata ev bulunursa kacirilmamali. Bodrumda zaten her yer site oldu, uygun fiyatli yer olarak ender sitelerden.
The site is very large and the number of households is very high. The view of the houses overlooking the sea is really beautiful. Interestingly, there is no management that does the right thing. If they beautify the site and make it much more livable, the price of all houses would double. However, for some reason, few people have remodeled their houses and patios. Site roads etc. should be rebuilt and landscape work should be done. I don't know how many years it will be, but one day, when there is a real site, the prices will go up. If a house is found at an affordable price, it should not be missed. Everywhere in Bodrum has already become a site, it is one of the rare sites as an affordable place.
