It is one of the first campuses of Gündoğan, where there are around 45 villas bearing the same name as the Tercüman Newspaper, which was built by the Ilıcaks in 1976 and owned at the time.
Some of the villas remained on the main road over time and lost their integrity.
Unique for its location!
You own both a house and a sea with its own pier and sunbathing areas :)
