★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As halı yıkamaya 4 adet halı verdim. 1 hafta içerisinde teslim edeceklerini söylediler fakat 20 gün sonra halılar ancak geldi. Halılardan 3 tanesi geldi 1 tanesinin henüz yıkanmadığını yıkanınca getireceklerini söylediler. Üzerinden 3-4 hafta geçti her hafta düzenli olarak 1-2 kez arıyorum. Son aramamda bi müşterinin evinde halıyı bulduklarını ama müşterinin şehir dışında olduğunu söylediler...(Kendilerini takdir ediyorum. Her aramamda yeni bir bahane uydurabiliyorlar. Gerçekten çok yetenekliler.) Esnaflığın nasıl YAPILMAYACAĞININ en güzel örneği olan bu firmaya halılarınızı teslim etmenizi tavsiye etmiyorum...
 As I gave 4 carpets to carpet cleaning. They said they would deliver it within 1 week, but after 20 days, the carpets were only arrived. 3 of the carpets came and they said that one of them has not been washed yet and they will bring it when washed. 3-4 weeks have passed, I am calling 1-2 times every week. In my last call, they said that they found the carpet in a customer's home, but the customer was out of town ... (I appreciate them. They can make up a new excuse each time I call. They are really talented.)
