 The slowest notary public I have ever seen in my life. They put the 60-year-old woman in. She did the transaction in 10 hours. Even though I had my ID and temporary identity document with me, she did not take any action (even though I made a transaction at the notary public in Bolu, Ankara and Istanbul). I wish you could put someone who knows the job. I would not stop.
