Citrus juicer has been malfunctioning for 2 times because it is produced very delicate. The authorized service resolved the problem as soon as possible and replaced the fragile plastic part that was broken inside. Thank you very much to the authorized service; I hope the production and R&D department will find a solution for the frequently malfunctioning part of the delicate citrus juicer. Best regards.
