Ürünü montaj yaparlarken ne zaman antifriz koyacaksınız diye sordum kışa doğru sonbaharda dediler kış geldi defalarca kendilerine ulaşıp antifriz koymalarını talep ettiğimde bugün yarın deyip oyaladılar ve halen koymadılar. Esnaflığı ve müşteri hizmetleri zayıf bir kuruluş.
I bought a closed circuit (antifreeze) day heat in April. I asked them when they would put antifreeze when they were assembling the product. An organization that is weak in its trades and customer service.

Do not shop from this company. They do not have regular services, the materials they use are broken up in 1 year.
They say the service will come, there is no coming and going.
They do not see and change things that are caused by the poor quality of the material. In the 1st year, they did not care that the wool inside the panel was curled from right to left.
There is no such thing as customer satisfaction, they do not care.
