 Maybe I can say the best team I have ever seen in my life. I take so much cargo, but this is the first time I came across such a branch. Bir hafta önce oğlumun bana gönderdiği kargo açık geldi. Kurye kayınvalidemin kucaığna tutuşturup gidiyor ne kimlik istiyor ne de isim soruyor. Bu gün yine kargom var evde bekliyorum kapının önüne atıp gidiyor. Bu nasıl bir sorumsuzluk.Lütven bu çalışanlara eğitim verilsin.

Sıfır kurumsallık sıfır güzel yüz sıfır hizmet
28/09/2021 tarihinde trendyol vasıtası ile satmış olduğum ürünü 17:20’de aras kargo sarnıç şubesine götürdüm görevli bana saat 5 ten sonra kargo almadıklarını ve yapabileceği bir şey olmadığını belirtti (benden başka tanıdık olanlara barkod basmaları haricinde bir sorun yok tabiki)
Saat 18:00 a kadar kargo alıyor kendi şubem
Sadece bir ürün olduğu için ricada bulundum bir terslenmediğim kaldı bir daha ne aras kargoya giderim ne de ürünlerimi teslim ederim

On 28/09/2021, I took the product that I had sold via trendyol to the aras cargo cistern at 17:20, and the officer told me that they did not receive cargo after 5 o'clock and there was nothing he could do (other than me, there is no problem except printing barcodes for those who are familiar)
My own branch receives cargo until 18:00
I asked because it was only one product, and I didn't regret anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Saat 16:30 da kargo teslimine gitmeme rağmen kargoyu teslim edemedik. Saat 17:00 ye kadar kargo teslim ediliyormuş ama 16:30 da kargo teslim edemedim. Ve üslup çok kötü . Bu arada İzmir/ Gaziemir şubesi saat 18/00 e kadar kargo teslim alıyor ve hizmet almak istiyorsanız Gaziemir Aras kargoyu tavsiye ederim.
I definitely do not recommend. Although I went to the cargo delivery at 16:30, we could not deliver the cargo. The cargo was being delivered until 17:00, but I could not deliver the cargo at 16:30. And the style is very bad. By the way, Izmir / Gaziemir branch receives cargo until 18/00 and if you want to receive service, I recommend Gaziemir Aras cargo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargoları sürekli 1 sonraki gün gönderiyorsunuz, Zaman zaman ücret kısmında yanlışlıklar yapılıyor. Saat 3'te verilen bir kargoyu ertesi gün gönderilmesi için nasıl bir mazeretiniz var merak ediyorum? Eğer iş yükünüz çok ise bunu üst yönetime ısrarla bildiriniz.
You always send the cargo the next day, from time to time mistakes are made in the fee part. I wonder what excuse you have for sending a parcel delivered at 3 am the next day? If you have a heavy workload, inform the senior management persistently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelmişler bulamamışlar hep aynı taktik bir de gelen mesaj ..kargo kabul edilmedi 3 gün içinde gelin alın...şubede verilen bilgi..arkadaş yetiştirememiş bugün teslim olacak. Bari aynı yalanı sıkın.
They came, they couldn't find it, always the same tactic and the incoming message..the cargo was not accepted. Come and take it within 3 days..the information given in the branch..couldn't raise a friend, will surrender today. At least squeeze the same lie.
