★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merkezden biraz uzakta olan servisten merkez tren istasyonuna gitmemiz gerektiğinde bize ulaşım servisi verdiler. Arabayı zamanında teslim ettiler.
They gave us a shuttle service when we needed to go to the central train station from the shuttle which is a bit far from the centre. They delivered the car on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri bekleme salonu yok. Mekanın komple yenilenmesi lazım. Hala eski tamirci dükkanı kafasıyla çalışıyorlar. Ömer Bey'de olmasa gidilmez zaten. Ömer Bey müşteriyi memnun etmek için çalışıyor.
There is no customer waiting room. The place needs a complete renovation. They're still working with the old mechanic shop head. You wouldn't be able to go if you don't have Ömer Bey. Ömer Bey works to please the customer.

Tüm servis elemanları karşılamadan uğurlamaya kadar çık nazik ve Güler yüzlüydüler. Aracımı teslim ettiğin gün hava yağmurluydu beni evime kadar bıraktılar. Aracımı tertemiz teslim ettiler.
Mr. Nihat and Mr. Serkan took a close interest in the problem of my vehicle, and after the transaction, they delivered my vehicle to me by explaining the problems and the procedures in detail. All the service personnel, from the welcome to the farewell, were courteous and smiling. The day you delivered my vehicle, it was rainy and they dropped me off at my house. They delivered my car immaculate.
