DISGRACE. I have been waiting for 3 different cargo at the transfer center in Kocaeli for 10 days. They could not send to the bay of Kocaeli. People at the branch say we cannot do anything before the cargo arrives, and we say we can not find an addressee, look at the comedy. Shame on you. I don't understand who we're going to complain about, I don't think this should be a sanction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri hizmetlerine asla ulaşılmıyor, başka firma ile gelen kargolarımı çoktan teslim aldım. Aras ile gelecek olan kargo 6 gündür Kocaeli transferde hiçbir hareket yok geleceği yer Sakarya, Kocaeli'nin dibi ya kim bilir uzak mesafelerin kargoları ne kadar gecikmiştir yazık gerçekten.

Müşteri hizmetlerini aradım fakat bir sonuç alamadım. Eleman yetersiz ise eleman alın araç yetersiz ise araç alın bir merkezden şubeye il içinde 3 günde kargo ulaşmaz bu sıkıntı çözülmeli.

2.kargom 7 gündür transfer merkezinde bekliyor. Canlı destek bölümüne yazdığımda yada aradığımda, başlarından savmak için "dağıtımda gözüküyor" diyorlar. Hem sitelerinde, uygulamada birde mesajlarımda (kargonuz dağıtıma çıktığında SMS gelir( dağıtımda gözükmüyor. Sakın bu firmaya güvenmeyin.

My 2nd cargo has been waiting at the transfer center for 7 days. When I write or call the live support section, they say "appears in distribution" to get rid of them. Both on their site, in the application and in my messages (when your cargo is delivered, SMS does not appear in distribution). Do not trust this company.
