★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargom bana teslim Edilmediği halde teslim edildi girişi yapılmış. Kargonun nerede olduğuna dair bilgi yok. Müşteri HİZMETLERİ ise yardımcı olmuyor. En kısa sürede dönüş yapılacak ama bu 1 gün mü 10 gün mü bilen yok.
 Although my cargo was not delivered to me, it was entered as delivered. There is no information on the whereabouts of the cargo. Customer SERVICE does not help. There will be a return as soon as possible, but no one knows whether this is 1 day or 10 days.

It comes to my garden door with my file for which I will pay the shipping. He cannot announce the campaign to us. He sends it back even though I have my mobile number on it. We are at home 24/7. Such employees make Aras lose customers. I am Tuğrul Saltukoğlu from Bodrum-Yalıkavak

You are a very bad cargo company. You are not even given a star. It is not a service to say that we could not find you at your place without contacting the customer whose cargo you have delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şahsımla ilgili bir problem yaşamadım ama beklerken yanımdaki 2 kişi ciddi problem yaşadı. Problem olur elbette ama çalışanları tavırları hep aynı küstahlıkta ve terbiyesizlikte. Ya bu meslekte düzgün insan yok, yada bu insanlara düzgün ücretler ödenmiyor ve işlerini kaybetme korkuları yok.
I didn't have a problem with myself, but 2 people next to me had serious problems while I was waiting. There will be problems, of course, but the attitudes of the employees are always the same arrogance and rudeness. Either there are no decent people in this profession, or these people are not paid decent wages and they have no fear of losing their jobs.
