Staff is very rude, disorganized and disrespectful. They don't have system at all. Simeone up there need to check and give them guidance and reorganise this place

The department LOST my photos for my residency application and informed me of the fact 9 weeks after my application was submitted. When I informed them that I had provided the four photos and all the required documents (which is why I was given a temporary residency paper), they just shrugged and said RELAX! Well, I had to take a transfer to get there (added cost which was totally unnecessary if they were more efficient) and have waited 9 weeks only to find out that I must wait another month to get my residency card. I asked for a travel permit document and the person at table 10 (who was utterly rude and unhelpful) once again removed the stapled photos (I insisted that they be attached), scanned one and tossed the remaining ones in the plastic sleeve where they can easily be lost again). He made a very rude noise when I suggested that he reattach the photos - which he did not. He then directed me to the wrong counter to get the temporary document stamped. The reason I am irate is that I went to great lengths to make sure that all my documents were in order - only to NOT HAVE A CARD for three months because people in this department are careless. An investigation is required as there have been many instances of LOST PHOTOS. A note to the government : please investigate. Thank you. Foreigners who buy property and invest in Turkey. We deserve better, don't we?

If they are bad to you, report them by calling 157 если они плохо относятся к вам, сообщите о них по телефону 157 إذا كانوا سيئين بالنسبة لك ، أبلغهم بالاتصال على 157 sana kötü geliyorsa 157'yi arayarak şikayet et If you have bad experience like me in resident permit department, CALL 157, you can file an OFFICIAL report about the worker, if the worker and their manager refuse to provide the worker's name, tell 157 their desk number, what the person looks like (age, hair color, height, weight... etc), which department and city... in 10 minutes you can file the report. Let's make this office a better place for foreigners who will arrive in the future The worker who's in charge of masa(desk) 3 of resident permit service, is extremely rude and he never dares to tell me his name and staff number. 2 times I came here to ask about my situation and advice for resident permit, he has really horrible attitude and said it's not his business. However, he gave me false information about if I don't pay overstay penalty at the airport, I can never come back to Turkey (actually maximum 5 years). Also his English level is not competent for communicating with foreigners, very unfriendly and unprofessional guy, if you're a foreigner going to masa 3 for consulting, be ready for a bad experience

Five stars for the young security uncle who runs the whole place and keeps it in order, thanks to him for all the help, he was really nice and polite. The blonde lady inside and the guy on her far opposite end are the same, rude people, they scolded and insulted me and my friend for no reason and made fun of us. Only one officer uncle inside is a good man who actually helped us beside the young security uncle. çok teşekkür ederim güzel amca

We thought they were very easy to deal with. We got there ahead of our scheduled appointment and even though they had to send us out to pay our tax and we had the return, everything went very smoothly. From beginning till end about 60 minutes.
