★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İrtibat telefonu ve dahili numaraları boşuna yazmış bir kurum. Şu pandemi döneminde çay, kahve muhabbeti yapacağınıza vatandaşların işlerini halletmeniz lazım. Resmi evrakta dahili numara yazmasına rağmen hiç bir şekilde ulaşılmıyor.
Cimer ve sosyal güvenlik kurumu başkanlığına şikayet edeceğim.
 An institution that has written contact phone and extension numbers in vain. In this pandemic period, instead of chatting about tea and coffee, you have to take care of the affairs of citizens. Although it has an extension number in the official document, it is not reached in any way.

Bilgi işlem servisi ve menü geçişleri daha sade ve anlaşılabilir olsa daha güzel olurdu.

I made my easy employer application online. I called on the phone about two issues that I was stuck with; Both the staff at the switchboard and the relevant officials communicated politely and were helpful.
It would be better if the information processing service and menu transitions were simpler and more understandable.
