Kendilerini sizin yerinize koyuyorlar, sadece istediginizi degil neyin sizin icin mantikli oldugu konusunda danismanlik da veriyorlar, sonradan nerelerden basinizin agriyabilecegini ustlerine vazife olmasa da ifade ediyorlar. Ozellikle Can Bey'den (tum noterdeki tek erkek) cok memnun kaldim, sohbetleri hos caylari da keyifli sohbetten dolayi soguyor =)
 They do four-four jobs in a word. They put themselves in your shoes, not only do what you want but also give advice on what makes sense for you, and they express, albeit not their duty, from where you may be hurt later. Especially I am very pleased with Mr. Can (the only male in all notary public), his chats are very pleasant because of the pleasant conversation =)

On 25.11.2021, I took over the electric motor at Antalya 21st notary. Something stuck in my mind. The female officer who had the purchase and sale document signed had the front side of the purchase document signed and asked for a signature on the blank page on the back of the same document. I could not understand why this was asked. The female officer who made the transaction did not inform me why she wanted this signature and why it was necessary. In case of any grievance or problem that may arise regarding this situation, the 21st notary public is responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For foreigners, I think it is better just trying to avoid this noter and they don't let you pay with your card but they let locals to do it so. The cost of noterizatiom for my rental contact was 247TL (246.75TL on the receipt).
