★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For this kind of governmental issues, I think its better to have a bigger building which has more counters so that they can help more people at once and make queues shorter. But they are really nice guys working there and need you to solve your problem. By the way, sould you want to be a citizen in Turkey for the first time, you don't need to go there. You must apply in other uncrowded city. It's the law in 2019.
