★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, I booked the suite which was enough to sleep 3 children and two adult's. My only complaints would be the air con systems were very poor in the room and swimming pool was extremely cold for August. The hotel is located opposite a shopping mall and about a 3-4 minute walk from the tram stop, there is also a taxi rank right outside the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of Turkish and continental servings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars is not best fit do describe this hotel... it probably was 5 stars some time ago, unfortunately bathrooms, carpets, and appliance requires refreshment, in addition rooms smells quite bad since people smoke inside even if this is not allowed. Air condition system was set only to heating...
I am not going to stay one more time there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a 5 star hotel at all. Hilton garden inn and capella modernity are better. Only the room.is bigger. Shower area is too small i can hardly take a good shower.

Small room and bathroom
The AC don’t work properly
The “spa” as they could it ..
is just a closed pool and everything else is not working

But every thing almost normal.
The rooms are with the less staff and the spa is just a closing and open small swimming pools nothing more.
I think it should be rated as a 3 stars to be honest
