 They don't give the table d'hote meal to everyone, they give it to the shopkeepers they know. That's 20 liras. The sullen businessmen who have not had their share of craftsmanship. My advice to university personnel is to go to Baksan industrial site. There are artisan restaurants that offer 4 kinds of food for 15 liras.
