Andalouse Elegant Suit Hotel

I have stayed in this hotel for three nights with my family. We took 3 bedrooms. Each have different sizes. Location of hotel is near airport.

We booked the Queen Room for 3 nights spontaneously. Unfortunately the AC didn't worked that well and it was really cold outside so we had a bad first night... Some of the things in the room aren't looking nice (electricity behind nightstamp, walls are wet - looks like mould).. bathroom lights didn't work as well, bathroom fan for the dust was broken, plug on nightstamp didn't work.. No cleaning after first night. We wanted to cancel 3rd night after first day but they said there is no refund.. really sad. Wouldn't come again for the price we paid. Maximum 2 stars Hotel

Breakfast is so poor, food coming cold and one of the staff not helping,, NOT RECOMMENDED ❌

The rooms did not look anything like the pictures on booking.com, they were dirty and even the washrooms were dirty and smelly, not worth the money they take more like a motel and also the wifi was very weak and the door handle came off from how old everything is in the room,we got the triple room and only one had ac the other didnt also we could hear everything going on in the next room also the breakfast was fine not much and hotel needs ONE STAR only i dont know how it got 4 stars Important thing dont get fooled by the pictures posted The only good thing was that staff were helpful and polite

The place was really good and clean they have really good crevice the workers are kind and amazing, the beds were comfortable but my only problem is the photographer that took the pictures of the hotel he literally took a picture of a jacuzzi and a sea view and a bit of things that weren't there but it turns out the only rooms that have these things are in the upper floors but other than that I highly recommend the hotel

The staffs are kind and friendly but room was not like picture. I could not even take a bath, because all stuffs were not clean. There wasn’t even water in the room :). Double bed room and one glass for tea or coffee. I called them after 11:45, no one even answer me. We arrived at 11 pm, but there were nothing for eating and drinking, i stayed in another hotel after that night, restaurant was open until 1:30 because of the guests that arrive later. really unprofessional.

Good hotel for it's money, clean and quite comfortable. Stuff speaks English, very helpful. Minuses: during 2 days stay, they didn't do room service, didn't bring water, neither clean towels; if you walk from the airport be ready to climb the hill; still you hear noise produced by the airplanes. But you can enjoy the sea and airport view.

We stayed two nights at this hotel which has a friendly staff but lack of professional turist service. As I tried many hotels there the cleaning of the room is on daily basis and this is standard except when the guest mark the room with " Please don't disturb" label on the door. Here the situation is different! We asked the housekeeper to clean the room when we left in the morning but unfortunately the room wasn't clean when we came back at the evening. When I mentioned that to the receptionist they explained that they don't clean the room if the guest don't ask which we did. On the other hand, they helped us to manage a car trip to different places. We had a penthouse room with bubbelbath and the room had a gorgeous view over Trabzon airport, the black sea and part of the city. The breakfast was a mediocre.
