★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a lovely experience..nice view hosting,room service,reception, and breakfast.
You can ask for a taxi to go anywhere anytime.
We had the suit with the sea view I absolutely recommed it.
The only problem we had in our stay that the bath cabin was not tightly closed which caused water leakage on the bathroom floor.
Also I would not recommend to reserve the tours through the hotel because it would be more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that good service or food... we asked to have our room cleaned ..they just made the beds ... but the trash was not thrown or the dirty towels changed... we came at the end of the day to look for towels and clean stuff..

Staff is very friendly, helpful and warm hospitality especialy Mr. Jokhan who is a very kind man. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Tranzon.
