worst Embassy I have ever seen, You feel like animal with no rights, no one speaks English or any other language, If you do not know Turkish, you are gone

A HORRIBLE experience. l was trying to get my diploma attested as part of TUM enrollment procedure, and the whole process was astoundingly ill-organized. First, the security guards at the gate have very little -if any- information on any non-visa related processes. The are quite uncooperative and unwilling to offer proper help. Second, officials working inside the embassy hardly have any idea of how things are handled at the gate. Even though, l'd a friend talk to them on phone to explain the situation and they promised to give our name to guards at the gate to let us in the next day, those at the gate said that that didn't get instructions to let us in. Not to mention their very useless website that's not offered in English, and it's Arabic version doesn't show documents attestation appointment system! On top of that, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH in the whole freaking embassy!!! It took me THREE DAYS to get this done.

I can't believe they answer a correspondence without reading properly what they received !
