★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatalı vize talebi ile 1 ay önce gönderdiğim pasaportumun yerini tespit edemeyen ve telefon ettiğimde e-maille soracaksınız deyip suratıma kapatan Büyükelçilik. 100 tane e-mail atmış olmama rağmen pasaportuma ulaşamadığım için telefon etmiş olabilir miyim acaba?
Pasaportum uçuş günüme yetişmez ise hesabını kim verecek?
Nereye şikayet edeceğimi bile bilmiyorum, elim kolum bağlandı. Ben hayatımda böyle kötü hizmet ve saygısızlık görmedim!
Bir kaç gün sonra gelen edit: Pasaportum yaklaşık 1 ay Ankara, İstanbul gezdikten sonra elime ulaştı. Hatalı vizeyi düzeltmelerini isteyip istemediğim soruldu, düzeltilirse 5-6 iş gününde elime ulaşırmış. Şayet Noel tatili ile birlikte uçuş günüme yetişmeyeceğinden düzeltmeden yollamalarını rica ettim ve o şekilde teslim aldım. Sonuç: 1 aylık büyük stresle hayatımdan giden bir kaç yıl ve aynı şekilde hatalı olarak elime ulaşan pasaport. Umarım sıkıntı çıkmaz...
The Embassy, which could not locate the location of my passport, which I sent 1 month ago with an erroneous visa request, and hung up on me saying that you will ask me by e-mail when I call. I wonder if I made a phone call because I couldn't reach my passport even though I sent 100 e-mails?
Who will be accountable if my passport does not reach my flight day?
I don't even know where to complain, my hands are tied. I have never seen such bad service and disrespect in my life!
Edit a few days later: I received my passport after visiting Ankara and Istanbul for about 1 month. I was asked if I wanted them to fix the wrong visa, if it was corrected, it would arrive in 5-6 working days. I asked them to send it uncorrected, since it would not reach my flight day with the Christmas holiday, and I received it that way. Result: A few years of my life with 1 month of great stress and the same passport that I received incorrectly. I hope it won't be a problem...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the actual officiala are very nice and friendly, the security guy at the entrance is a disaster! Don't know how they make him work at such a place. He is arrogant and yells at people. He hides his name tag in his shirt but I will be filing an official complaint about him.
Other than the security at the very entrance the experience is great.
