They come with a story that you need an extra massage that is later on charged for so much more than price you agreed to pay at first. Then it jumps from 20e to 200 per person.

Classic scam. You hear stories that your body is in bad shape and offer you an extra service for which they don't tell you the price. It ends up so expensive that you will be left without any money for your vacation.

I do not recommend. They will try to deceive you with a massage. To pay an additional 40 € for a massage that lasts less than an hour, as he will tell you. Also the main man is a fraud. He will come in during your massage and try to deceive you by saying that the massage will be charged extra. He personally tried to lie to me, saying that my girlfriend accepted the massage, luckily I knew that was not true. The guys who work are ok, but the hygiene is also poor, especially in the jacuzzi.

One of the best bathrooms I have entered in Alanya.. It is distinguished in the true sense of the word in terms of cleanliness, handling and professionalism.. Thank you for the management of the bathroom and all its employees

Very bad place , ordered hamam tour through the agency Detur. After 20 min massage they ask if we want 3 hour full body massage being almost asleep we do not recognize the question aswe arrived at hotel 3 am in the night. When hearing a price of 7000 t. Lira I protest and they say we talk later. I wanted to call police with these mafioso methods .After long discussion we payed 2200; t. Lira right that much and the massage was not good. Later our travel company contacted the place and got 1000 t. Lira reimbursed. Konklusion stay away from this company.

Total rip off very sly at getting you to pay extortionate amount for massage and treatment €150 for 2hrs treatment we already paid €25 for and tried to get us to go back twice more for €150 don't go anywhere near the place. Spoilt our holiday.

To be honest it would have been a great experience if it wasn't for the greed of the owner,, he was a dark spot in my wonderful holiday.. wants to rip you off whatever it takes. We paid for our experience in the hotel when we got there straight away he wants to rip you off pointing out your "back problems" only 80 euros to fix for which he let's you spend an extra 30 mins in a pool to justify the money and ignores you when you call him..he will happily tell you that you can pay by any means including paying when you go back to your hotel but the second you're done you get demands and escorted to a cash machine for payment. That man ruined my holiday I'll never forgive him.. The people working there are nice just a shame about the manager.
