Some of the bugs have been fixed. However, most of them (toppling the baseboards due to not being fully adhered, tears in the wallpapers, the hole where the honeycomb pipe comes out, not plastering with plaster and not sticking the wallpaper etc...) is still not done even though it has been almost two months since they moved into the house. When we called about this issue, it was said, "You will no longer call us, you will call the journeyman". We also called the journeyman many times, in vain. The main thing is that the balcony doors let all the cold in. Especially on the balcony door in the children's room, there is enough space for the feathers to seep in. We tried to close the balcony door of the 1 million-dollar house with traditional methods, using sponges, and put socks where the sponge was not enough. Could it be such a disgrace? We told his journeymen about this error before we even entered the house, and he said that this gap was too much and that it would be repaired when the PVC installers arrived. When I called the company officials and management at the end of a month, I was told that the PVC company came from Eskişehir and the number of complaints would not come without 30. The last time I called, there were 19 complaints on the list. If there is no 30 this year, we will handle the complaint with a sponge at the door. Disgrace! Because of this, my child got sick! That's why we have to burn more gas. Unbelievably gracious people when selling the house unfortunately lost some of their kindness and interest almost completely in the process. When I said I would complain, I was told "Complain wherever you want". Another raised his voice. The last time I called, it was said that the doors will be made in 1 week. Still no sound. My advice is to look at the homes of more professional companies. Correction: After our application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, the problems were resolved.
