Used Abi tours to book a tailored private day trip to Saklikent gorge. We had booked what we believed to be a private tailored trip to the gorge ( we had asked for the gorge and lunch to be included). We were shown pictures of the gorge and the rafting that we would be doing on the day, unfortunately the pictures were as close to the gorge as we would get. The salesman told us we would need "very little money" for water and shoe rental. We were collected by our driver and taken to the gorge (40 minute journey), however when we arrived we were told that neither the gorge itself not the rafting (which was the main reason for visiting) was included in the £20 per head that we had paid. Since the salesman told us not to bring a lot of money we didn't even have the cash to enter the gorge or do the rafting. We were naturally very upset and felt that we had been missold a day trip to the gorge when in actual fact we had only been provided with a taxi (the local taxis cost less than half this price for a return journey). We went straight back to the Abi Tours office (also trades under the name Alinda travel) where we had a very heated discussion/arguement with both the salesman and the owner. His first response was to tell us we would not be receiving any money back and then continued to lie for 30 minutes about what he had supposedly said to us at the time of booking. We had to eventually make do with a 50% refund. The salesman was exceptionally aggressive and rude and made no attempt to apologise. There are many other tour operators in Kalkan and I would avoid Abi Tours at all costs. The local dolmus (departs from the main bus terminal) costs just £4 return so would recommend this if you are looking for a cost effective way of visiting the gorge. Abi Tours seem to make their money from ripping off unsuspecting tourists, do yourself a favour and steer clear!

We’ve been using Abi Travel for our transfers from Dalaman airport to Kalkan for many years. The revise they provide is superb - the drivers are lovely and drive safely. The cars are all spotless and seem brand new each year! This year Osii has introduced a VIP transfer for a small extra cost. It’s brilliant - so much space, wifi, lighting, a wee fridge with juices, water and Efes, and so comfortable. Abi also offer great tours - we’ve done several with them over the years, and as with the transfers they are brilliant. Their office is in the middle of the Old Town so very convenient. We wouldn’t use anyone else.
