The store is good, a lot of cheap goods, mainly China. I want to warn tourists, the staff is kind of friendly, until you find out that extra items have been scanned in your check ... Were on the penultimate day of the tour 06/21/21. came to buy souvenirs and cheap small things. We bought a large suitcase in the same place, and filled it with all the purchases. We were counted at 850-900 lira, almost 90 €. We paid off, everything is fine, left the cash register, stood on the edge of the aisle and let's count ... We don't know Turkish, there is no Internet or translation. In general, a cursory examination and counting and shifting 41 positions here and there - it turned out that our suitcase had been punched twice. 159 lire, which is almost $ 20 for a second. Okay, the human factor, well, they can't just take and deceive tourists ... let's go explain. He says something in his own way and leaves, while we were waiting for the debriefing, another one, like a local one, also came with such a problem. During the long wait, the demeanor and treatment with us did not seem respectful at all. And on the contrary, as it is, we took and looked at the check, and found their deception ... We did not receive an apology or an elementary "sorry". They returned the money and that's it, go for it ... The sediment remained, the staff does not understand that the tourist's time is also worth money. We have a day of 150 €, and that's what the hell my family and I had to kill an hour of time there because of their joint ... An elementary apology and human attitude would have been enough. But that was not there.

But in the end, she began to repeat the same thing, talking to us in high tones and spinning around us, cleaning and putting everything in its place, while saying what a mess we had done there. I didn’t understand what her problem was, they say it’s her job after we leave to arrange everything, and not whine and get nervous with us there, in the end we had to leave this place because she didn’t let us just look further.
