★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Большой выбор товаров, 4 этажа, есть оутлет, рекомендую, но проверяйте цены, на ценнике одна цена, в чеке другая. Сотрудники не говорят на русском, не всегда вежливы. Много качественного товара, всегда заезжаем делать покупки, единственный минус -сотрудники не клиентоориентированны.
A large selection of goods, 4 floors, there is an outlet, I recommend, but check the prices, there is one price on the price tag, another on the receipt. Employees do not speak Russian, are not always polite. A lot of quality goods, we always stop by to shop, the only negative is that the employees are not customer-oriented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buradaki beyefendinin müşteriye yaklaşımı hoşuma gitmedi. Çok sert bir şekilde iddialaştı bizimle. Fiyatları da bilmiyorlar ve yanlış söylüyorlardı. Tekrar sordurup sistemden baktıklarında ancak doğru fiyatı söylediler.
I didn't like the gentleman's approach to the customer here. He argued very harshly with us. They didn't know the prices either and they were wrong. When they asked again and looked through the system, they only said the right price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice kitchen towels. Good and affordable bath towels (20 TL on sale). However, there's sth i didn't understand with the prices, but I think it's because they don't have the VAT on the tag, which runs between 8% and 18%. Smooth, cotton bed linen for 30 TL on average

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love visiting this place. First of all, staff is friendly and open. Secondly, it's a big store so you can find lots if things there. And it turned out that prices are rather suitable than in other places (I mean curtains and blinds).
And last but least, there is a Russian spoken assistant named Gül hanım. Nice woman you know
