I went for the 2008-2009 KPDS preparation. It is a completely commercial organization. I do not know how successful they are about teaching English, but they could not provide sufficient and satisfactory training to their trainees who know English and need exam techniques. The course started in the form of am-is-are, I don't know how it ended but I did not finish. But of course they took the money of the part that I was not going to. I just remembered.
