They gave me the wrong jeans I bought 1 week ago. Bartin blue jeans did not change, I went again 67 here for blue jeans, they do not give any information on the phone, nor did they receive a refund even though I have an invoice, why do you need a credit card slip, don't lose your money, dudes

Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda nakit aldığım bir ürünü iade ettiğimde, eğer istersem nakit olarak paramı geri alabileceğimi öğrendim. Müşteri hizmetleri mağazayı aradığında mağaza savunma olarak yanımızda faturanın bulunmadığını ve bu yüzden hediye çeki verdiklerini söylemişler. Bize fatura sorulmadığı gibi, biz kendimiz faturayı zaten göstermiş olduğumuz halde bir de yalancı durumuna düşürüldük. Elimizde fatura olmasa neden müşteri hizmetlerini arayalım? I am not satisfied at all. When I went to return the product I bought in cash, when I asked if there was a refund: they said that there was no refund and they could give a gift card instead, and I had to buy a gift card. When I called customer service and returned a product that I bought in cash, I learned that I could get my money back in cash if I wanted to. When the customer service called the store, they said that we did not have the invoice with us as a defense of the store and that's why they gave a gift card. Just as we were not asked for the invoice, we were made a liar even though we had already shown the invoice ourselves. Why should we call customer service if we don't have an invoice? Moreover, the customer service informed us that even if we do not have an invoice, the store can issue it again because it is an invoice with a cartridge. I condemn the relevant store for DEFENDING ITS CUSTOMER DEFENDING THE STORE NO CASH OUTPUT.
