I had this procedure done before, normally a new needle should be opened, but they say that I will hurt your needle and think that I can't see it in front of my eyes or put it in an ignorant position and think that I can't understand. They put the needle on the corner of the table and showed the customer before me, who was on the machine, as if they had played with the needle they used and put on a new needle. Although I told them that they did not insert the needle, the lady who did the procedure said no, and dismissed it. When the process started, there was no numbness in my eyebrow and lip anyway, so I had the procedure done by crying. They told me your skin is very sensitive, that's why it's so open. I had this procedure done before without any pain. What I will say is that if your health and money are a little precious, you should definitely not fall into this business. Besides, the lip that they said will stay for 5 years was completely erased in less than a week. It's a place full of unknowing people. On top of that, they said that they only charge cash at the checkout, and if they have a credit card, they add a commission of 50 TL. I have never seen such disgrace in my life.

Two days ago I went for a manicure, pedicure and permanent nail polish. Although I made an appointment, I was processed half an hour later. I don't have a negative comment for manicure and pedicure, but I can't say the same for permanent nail polish. While the permanent nail polish was being made, the phone call came, I had to answer a small area, I said anyway, it stayed that way. Frankly, I didn't care because it was me, but on the same day, while I was taking a shower, my other three nails were peeling, when I contacted them, they said they would fix it, and they made an appointment for 10.30 the next day. I went, although my hour had come, there was another customer, I waited for about 15 minutes, then I told him that I was in a hurry, then he asked the customer there and said he wanted to call me in. They said it would take me half an hour at most, the permanent nail polish experience was a complete disappointment for me. I wanted to go down and talk to the owner, I explained the situation to the employee there, I couldn't find any contact person, time is precious, if we are going to wait when we go, there is no need to make an appointment and at least it was worth the wait. My nails are all peeled off, unfortunately I'm going to go and have them removed elsewhere, I got really angry and didn't want to stay another minute. I have met with them for many other transactions, but I will never go to them again. I have seen how permanent nail polish does not stay even for a day.
