 The rooms have a disgusting smell of cigarettes. The seats are stained and dirty. Except for one sullen, the staff are nice and trying to be helpful. Thanks anyway for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyatlar makul ve oda da temizdi. Nevresimler filan yeni yıkanmış ve değişmişti. Kayseri'de güzel bir geziden sonra aile ile kalınabilecek nezih bir mekan. Öğretmen olmama rağmen öğretmen evinden daha uygun ve güzel.
Prices are reasonable and the room was also clean. The bedding had been freshly washed and changed. A decent place to stay with the family after a nice trip in Kayseri. Although I am a teacher, it is more convenient and beautiful than the teacher's house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eşimle birlikte Kayseri gezimizde kaldığımız yer. Çok beğendik. İlk gün kaldığımız odayı beğenmedik bizi istediğimiz gibi bir odaya hemen naklettiler. Bu konuda kendilerine buradan da teşekkür ediyorum. Bunun dışında isteklerimizi de yerine getirmede gayet ilgililerdi. Odada terlik bile konulmuş bu detayları çok beğendim. Havlular, çarşaflar tertemiz yıkanmıştı. Konum olarak da güzel bir yerde. Kayseri'ye gitsek yine kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir yer. Bir puanı kırmamın tek sebebi var temizlik konusunda gelişigüzel davranılması. Çalışanlar ilgililer ama daha titiz davranılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Özellikle musluklar, duşakabinde ciddi lekeler vardı.
The place where we stayed on our trip to Kayseri with my wife. We liked it very much. We didn't like the room we stayed in on the first day, they immediately transferred us to a room as we wanted. I would like to thank them here as well. Apart from that, they were very interested in fulfilling our requests. I really liked these details, even slippers in the room. Towels and sheets were clean. It is also in a beautiful location. If we go to Kayseri, it is a place we would like to stay again. The only reason I knocked off one point is because of the randomness of cleanliness. Employees are interested, but I think they should be treated more meticulously. There were serious stains especially on the faucets and the shower cabin.

A beautiful 1+1 apartment. Very clean rooms, beds, linens and bathroom-wc. The only thing missing is just some utensils and if they are added at times, everything will be fine. Thanks for your interest. It can be accommodated again.
