They're a shabby company, they sent my order missing, and they turned away my request for return and exchange. It's an infamous company that pays three cents. Don't shop, don't even go through the door, crooks.

Do not shop for fraudulent companies. N11 puts a product image that they do not have and sends an equivalent product instead. Bad experience.

A business that could not stand behind the goods it sells, did not send invoices, etc ... They offered neither return, service, nor change for the goods that were used and broken down once. shame on you...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gittigidiyor.com'dan kedi maması siparişi verdim, 14 gün bekledim siparişi göndermediler, mesajlarıma cevap vermediler. Sonunda siparişi iptal etmek zorunda kaldım. Bu zaman içerisinde fiyatlar arttı. Herhalde 2 hafta paramı işletip, bunu kar saydılar. Yaptığınız çok ayıp. Ürünü göndermeyecekseniz sipariş almayın. Kesinlikle önermem...!
I ordered cat food from Gittigidiyor.com, I waited 14 days, they did not send the order, they did not reply to my messages. I finally had to cancel the order. During this time, prices have increased. I guess they worked my money for 2 weeks and counted it as a profit. It's such a shame what you did. Do not take orders if you are not going to ship the product. I would definitely not recommend...!

15 kiloluk kedi maması aldım ürün patlak geldi. Adam akıllı sarılsaydı üzerine çuval veya koli gibi patlamazdi.
Firmanın iletişimini hiç beğenmedim.. başka yerden alacağız artık
Ayrıca ürünün faturası bile göndermemisler..

I bought 15 kilos of cat food, the product came punctured. If the man had been wrapped wisely, it would not have burst on him like a sack or a parcel.
I didn't like the company's communication at all.. we will buy it from another place now
They didn't even send an invoice for the product.
