Aybaşı veya 15'i değilse oldukça sakın bir şube, çalışan arkadaşlar da cana yakın ve yardımsever, işlemler sonrasında dahi çok defa arayıp birşeyler sorduk. Muhammed bey'e teşekkür ediyorum ilgi ve alakası için.

Bir banka şubesinin çalışanları hele devlet kurumu olarak baktığınızda bu kadar lakayit, empatik olmayan, bir o kadar müşteri ilişkileri zayıf diplerde gezinen bir şube görmedim 20 yıllık muhasebeci olarak. Daha güçlü ilişkileri olması gereken, güven vermesi gereken bir yer olmak için, daha çok personel eğitimine önem vermeleri gerekiyor, mevduata değil.

I had two of my worst banking experiences in this bank. Definitely the worst bank in Turkey in regards to treating Arab people. The first bad experience was when I wanted to open a bank account. They requested a residency card. One of the requirements to obtain a residency card in the first place is to have a bank account !! but that is not the problem, the problem is that they made me wait for more than an hour .... just to tell me that they will not open a bank account for me. They seemed to be enjoying it as well. I don't know why this bank hates foreigners. The other bad experience was when I wanted to receive a western union transfer. The sending country requires to write the receiver's father's name. The genius employee said they can not give me the transfer, even though she could see the right father's name in my ID and passport, plus I have the right MTCN number, transfer amount and full sender's info. The "very smart" employee concluded that we need to return the transfer to the sender's country, pay a fine, and tell them to delete the father's name. The laws in the sender's country require to write the father's name! I have met some "very smart" people in my life ... but this bank, and this employee take the prize. I went to another bank ... and guess what? I received the transfer with no trouble. I Definitely do not recommend this bank.
