★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar suratsız bi muameleyi başka hiç bir bankada görmediğim gibi giderken söylediğimiz iyigunlere bile ağzını acmadan başıyla cevap vermeye utanmayan bi personeli var. Herkesle muhatap olmadığımdan diğerlerini tenzih etmek zorundayim. Bir daha uğramam da ugratmam da. Bakkallar daha profesyonel.
 As I have never seen such a sullen treatment in any other bank, they have a staff member who is not ashamed to answer even the good shots we say while leaving without opening his mouth. Since I don't deal with everyone, I have to exclude others. I will not stop by again. Grocery stores are more professional.

Ancak bağımsız bir şubeye sahip olmaması ve Ziraat Bankasi Kocaeli Şubesi' in 3.katında olması bilmeyen kisilerin bulabilmesini zorlaştırıyor.
The branch is extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff is smiling. They are very involved.
