Yapmamızı söyledikleri işlemleri yaptığımız ve halledemedigimiz halde kendileri yardımcı olmayı reddediyor. Doğan herkesin bankacı doğduğunu zannediyorlar sanırım. 1 puan.
First of all, customer service is not available. Second, we are directed to the ATM before we can talk to the staff for 2 seconds. They refuse to help, even though we did what they told us to do and couldn't handle it. I guess they think that everyone born is a banker. 1 point.

A branch that is not related to a bank or banking. They do not look at the phone in any way. People are sentenced to the branch in pandemics and bans. Guya state bank. The salt of the men is dry. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atm şifre değişikliği için gittim,yeni kimliğimin bana ait olduğuna bile inanamadılar, birsürü soru sordular sonrada işlemimi halletmeden size mesaj gelir diyip geçiştirdiler, mesaj falan yok hala Atm şifremi bilmiyorum ?
I went for the ATM password change, they couldn't even believe that my new ID belonged to me, they asked a lot of questions, then they said that they would receive a message without completing my transaction, they passed it on, there is no message, I still don't know my ATM password ?
