I have been looking for the number they have given as a branch number for 3 days. There is no servant of Allah who will answer the phone in the branch.

UC sihirli kelimeyi (tesekkur ederim, lutfen, ozur dilerim) kullanmaktan yoksun...

Communication is missing,
Embrace the customer,

What a painful situation in a bank that serves very bad bank service on the website of such a great service to complain, even the employees do not even communicate why they are so reluctant to be rude.
