They don't answer phones. Unfortunately, as in all public institutions in Van, the Ziraat Bank is the place where we pray that our work will not fall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is dat je geen 1 ster kunt geven, anders had ik dit willen geven. Had een verplichte verzekering nodig, en ben toen het dichtsbijzijnde ziraat kantoor binnen gelopen. Werd naar boven verwezen, heb daar een half uur gewacht terwijl 5 ambtenaren letterlijk uit hun neus aan het eten waren. Op een gegeven moment wordt mij gevraagd wat ik daar kwam doen, ze hadden het hoegenaamd te druk en misschien was er een collega beneden beschikbaar. Ik naar beneden gelopen, vraagt de beveiliging wat ik daar kom doen. Ik leg uit dat ik weer naar beneden verwezen ben, toen heeft de beveiliger een ambtenaar verzocht mij toch te helpen, binnen 10 minuten werd de verzekering geregeld en werd mij te kennen gegeven dat ik voortaan mijn eigen kantoor moest gaan 200 kilometer verderop. Wat een dramatische dienstverlening, dat deze mensen hier betaald krijgen. Ik wens ze dezelfde dienstverlening toe als dat zij hun klanten toekennen. Ik hoop dat je nooit zaken te regelen hebt op dit kantoor, wil je vernederd en beledigd ga daar dan eens langs. Het laagste van het laagste deel van de mensheid werkt op dit kantoor.
It's that you can't give 1 star otherwise I would have given this. Needed compulsory insurance, then walked into the nearest Zirath office. Was referred upstairs, waited there for half an hour while 5 officials were literally eating out of their noses. At one point I am asked what I was doing there, they were too busy and maybe a colleague was available downstairs. I walked downstairs, security asks what I'm doing there. I explain that I was referred down again, then the security guard asked an official to help me anyway, within 10 minutes the insurance was arranged and I was informed that from now on I had to go to my own office 200 kilometers away. What a dramatic service that these people here get paid. I wish them the same service as they provide their customers. I hope you never have any business to do in this office, if you want to be humiliated and insulted, drop by there. The lowest of the lowest part of humanity works in this office.
