★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat bir yer, dövizi bile bozmuyor bahane üretiyorlar. Ziraat Bankası 1-1,5 senedir müşteri dışında döviz bozmuyormuş… nedense banka dışındaki ATM’leri bozuyor. Müşteriye kaba davranılıyor yüzüne bile bakmıyor bahaneler bahaneler. Ziraat bankasına yakışan bir şube değil!
 It's a terrible place, they don't even change the currency, they make excuses. Ziraat Bank hasn't been exchanging foreign currency outside of customers for 1-1,5 years… for some reason, it does change ATMs outside the bank. The customer is treated rudely, he doesn't even look at his face, excuses. Not a branch befitting a Ziraat bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet tam 1,5 saat bekledim. Dışarıda 20 kişide arkamda sıradaydı. 3 gişe çalışıyor ve kaplumbağa hızında. Bir çözüm bulamadılar. Eğer başka alternatifiniz varsa Güzeloba ya gitmeyin.
I waited for 1.5 hours. Outside, 20 people were in line behind me. It works at 3 box offices and at turtle speed. Couldn't find a solution. If you have other alternatives, do not go to Güzeloba.

İşlemimi yapan müşteri temsilcisi de telefonlarımı açmıyor tefeciler bile daha kurumsal, bu nasıl bir şube?
