sadece vergi odeyebilmek icin calismak zorunda birakildigimiz bir sozde banka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıl 2019 oldu, hâlâ şubeye gitmeye mecbur bırakılıyorsunuz. Diğer bankalar Whatsapp üzerinden talep alıp, işlem yaparken Ziraat Bankası e-postaya cevap vermekten ve telefonu açmaktan aciz. Zaten banka genelinde bir problem mevcut buna ilaveten şubede ayrıca problemli. Sorgulanmalı.
The year is 2019, you are still compelled to go to the branch. While other banks receive and receive transactions via Whatsapp, Ziraat Bank is unable to answer the e-mail and open the phone. There is already a problem in the bank as well as in the branch is also problematic. It must be questioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son 6 ay içerisinde 10 kez işim düşmüştür. hem bireysel müşteri hizmetlerinden hem de gişe işlemlerinden hizmet aldım. gayet yardımcı oldular. Genelde sabah erken ve öğle saatlerinde gitmiştim. bekleme süresi 10-15 dk kadar sürdü.
I have lost 10 jobs in the last 6 months. I received service from both individual customer service and box office transactions. they were very helpful. I usually went early in the morning and at noon. The waiting time lasted up to 10-15 min.
