★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda bu kadar rezalet bir bankacılık görmedim, müşterilerin neredeyse itip kalkıldığı rezil bir yer. Sıra beklemenize ve önceden haber vermenize rağmen ordan oraya gönderiliyorsunuz. Kesinlikle çalışılmaması gereken bir şube.
I have never seen such a disgraceful banking in my life, a disgraceful place where customers are almost pushed away. Although you wait in line and inform beforehand, you are being sent from there. A branch that should definitely not be studied.

Basit bir maaş hesabı için ordan oraya yönlendirilip durdum... En son gittiğim memurdan hesap cüzdanı vermesini rica ettim öyle zoruna gitti ki anlatamam... Çalışanlar kafalarına göre takılıyorlar... Gözlemlerime göre müşterileri bir kovmadıkları kalıyor... Çok ters cevap veriyorlar... Bir işletme neden batar sorusuna cevap bulmak istiyorsanız gelin bu şubede yarım saat gözlem yapın... Tayinimin çıktığı okul bu şubeden maaş aldığı için bu bankaya zorunlu kaldım... Yoksa mümkün değil çalışmam... Tek kelimeyle yazık diyorum...
I went to open a salary account, but the quality of service is simply awful... The attitude of the employees towards customers is not good at all... I kept being directed from place to place for a simple salary account... I asked the last officer I went to give a passbook, it was so hard that I can't explain it. ... Employees are obsessed with their minds... According to my observations, they don't fire customers... They give very opposite answers... If you want to find an answer to the question why a business goes bankrupt, come and observe in this branch for half an hour... The school where I was appointed is the salary from this branch I was forced to this bank because it bought it... Otherwise, it's not possible for me to work... I just say it's a pity...
