★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Başka bankalara gün içinde gidip hallettigim işler bu bankada yok bugün itibariyle banka müdürünü aradım böyle böyle durumu anlattım ben size beş dk sonra denicem ve döndü bna söylediği daha iki gün olmuş dosyayi vereli ne yapmamizie bekliyorsun dedi bende olumlu olumsuz cevap verin dedim telefonu kapattı ve olucak olan isimide olmaz yapicaklar bundan eminim keske başka bi ziraat bankasinda işlem yaptirsaydim beni bu Aksu subesine kaybettikleri için başka ziraat bankasina gittiğimde subenize gidin diyorlar keşke Aksu şubesine gitmez olaydım

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefon defalarca aramama rağmen açılmıyor açıp kendi seslerini dinletiyorlar ve bunu da bilerek yapıyorlar gerçekten çalışanlar işlerine değer vermediğini dört dörtlük iş yapmadıklarını belli ediyor sigara kahve molası yapmayı biliyorlar birde benim borcum olsa günde 10 kere 20 kere ararlar bizim Bi işimiz düşünce telefona bakmıyorlar.
Even though I call the phone over and over again, they do not turn on, they listen to their own voices, and they do it on purpose. They know that they do not really do their job, they know they do not work, they know how to make a break for a cigarette and coffee.

The slowest functioning bank branch I've ever seen in my life. They talk with a customer for 10 minutes and chat for 20 minutes. We waited from 10 am to 12.30 am to get a card.
