★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir Kamu kurumuna defalarca telefon ediyorsunuz ama bir türlü ulaşamıyorsunuz.Bırakın bunlarda hizmet kalitesi aramayı telefona dahi bakmıyorlar.Telefonla halledilecek basit bir iş için İstanbuldan Kangala mı gelmek lazım.Şu ziraat Bankası genel müdürü yada başka bir yetkilisi bu şubeye telefonla ulaşmaya çalışsada rezilliği görse.Hoş görse ne olacak zaten bir şey olacak olsa bu işler bu duruma gelmez. Çok yazık . Bu ülkede hiç mi bir şey düzgün yapılmaz.
You call a public institution many times, but you can't reach it. They don't even answer the phone, let alone looking for service quality. Do you need to come to Kangala from Istanbul for a simple job to be handled by phone. If he sees what will happen, if something will happen, these things will not come to this. What a pity . Nothing is done right in this country.
